China is in the stage of rapid transformation of economic and political system,and with the steady development of economic and political culture in the process of modernization,the problem of corruption is becoming more prominent,the lack of awareness of administrative personnel responsibility in the interests of the temptation,showing a high incidence of corruption trend.Recently,China's anti-corruption work has achieved a certain effect which effectively curbs the growth momentum of corruption.However,we cannot ignore the fact that legal system is not a panacea and the legal system itself is flawed and flawed.Just relying on the law cannot achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling corruption.The limitations of law in the process of prevention and control of corruption should be made up by administrative ethics.Only in this way,can we achieve the best results of the prevention of corruption.According to the analysis of the question to solve the problem of the train,the article summarizes the process of corruption governance in China.Then the article continues to set up the optimization of the organizational structure,through the analysis of corruption perceptions index of the achievements.However there is still inadequate.This paper carries on the analysis from the perspective of administrative ethics according to the shortcomings of corruption governance.Logically speaking,the legal system on corruption governance is not perfect,on the other hand,the corruption governance emphasis on the moral consciousness.Nevertheless,moral consciousness lacks of the corresponding legal norms,thus the final way of anti-corruption should be institutional ethics.
