Research On Supervision Of Public Opinion In New Media Environment

With the development of new media in the Internet,the development of public opinion in our country has a big difference compared with the traditional media period.There are many places to be improved in the supervision of new media public opinion in china.Based on this background,this paper focuses on the current situation and problems of the supervision of new media public opinion in china.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,significance and related theories.Based on the related literature at home and abroad and the theory of stakeholder and risk management theory,aiming at the problems in the management of public opinion to propose effective recommendations are put forward to improve the way for public opinion supervision strategy in china.In theory,this study attempts to provide a further supplement to the study of public opinion supervision in China's new media field,and improve the current public opinion management model.In practice,this study attempts to provide further ideas for the government public management reform,the public opinion supervision of new media to carry out scientific and orderly,is conducive to enhancing the ruling ability of the government under the background of internet.After that,this paper introduces the supervision and system of public opinion in China,and introduces the current situation of the development and supervision of new media public opinion.Then the paper analyzed the typical case of China's new media public opinion supervision and the existing problems,at present our country still exist the problems of supervision of binding is not strong,regulatory efficiency is not high,grass-roots governance is difficult in the public opinion,the reason,the law system is not perfect,supervision of public opinion to enhance team construction,supervision of public opinion to enhance the capacity of grass-roots government is the urgent need to improve.After that,based on network public opinion supervision of various regions and countries of the Asia Pacific supervision methods for our reference,China Taiwanese,Japanese,Singapore,Australia and other places in our country there are many useful aspects in the development of the institutions and regulations on.Finally,according to China's current supervision of public opinion and the reasons for the problems,and combined with the network supervision measures and good practices at home and abroad,this paper tries to put forward the corresponding suggestions for the supervision of public opinion in China under the new media environment.First,to further improve the network public opinion supervision laws and regulations.It is necessary to solve the contradiction between management and relief,grasp the balance between right protection and restriction,solve the contradictions of each law;second,we should improve the efficiency of public opinion disposal of regulatory authorities.In order to adjust the function allocation of the original institutions,establish efficient co-ordination mechanism,supplement training professional talents,strengthen the network monitoring technology development and other measures;third,we should strengthen the grassroots government public opinion coping ability.Specifically for the establishment of grass-roots government network public opinion regulatory philosophy,local conditions to build public opinion warning and feedback mechanism,enhance social synergy public governance capacity and other measures.
