Research On The Current Situation And Optimizing Countermeasure Of Network Governance In Suqian City

With the increasing popularity of the Internet in China,the platform of network political inquiry plays an increasingly important role in political,economic and social life.As an important channel for citizens to exercise their right to know,participate,express and supervise,"network political inquiry" has gradually become one of the governing modes of some local governments,which is the same.As a bright scenic spot in China's political arena,the government's information is more smoothly,and the masses are increasingly asking questions or handling government affairs through the Internet.Network platform has become an important bridge and link for the government to connect with the masses.However,due to the emergence of network platform,there are still some problems for government staff,such as lack of awareness of network platform,lack of skills,lack of systematic guarantee and awareness of mass participation.Aiming at the problem of appeal,this paper takes Suqian City as an example to study the network platform of local government.This paper briefly expounds the basic theory of Network Governance,including the theory of e-government,the theory of Network Governance and the characteristics of Network Governance,and introduces the status quo of Suqian Network Governance platform,including its development,operation methods and good practices.Through relevant data and cases,it summarizes the effect of implementing Network Governance in Suqian,and analyses the current construction of Suqian Network Governance platform.From the perspective of mechanism,staff and the public,this paper finds out the reasons for the problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of Suqian's network political platform from the two aspects of government and the public.The author believes that to strengthen the construction of network political consultation in Suqian,we should take the government as the leading factor,improve the ideological concept and ability level of grass-roots workers,strengthen the construction of network political consultation mechanism and improve relevant laws and regulations.At the same time,as the public,we should improve moral cultivation and political consultation consciousness,give full play to the role of network platform,and make the public and the government interact benignly.
