The logo of the Young Pioneers organization is the external representation of the Young Pioneers organization,which contains rich spiritual connotation,and is an important carrier of organizational values,which,as one of the constituent elements of the Young Pioneers organization,plays a different educational function in different historical periods.In order to promote the better realization of the function of logo education of the Young Pioneers organization,this study uses the methods of observation,interview and text analysis,and studies and analyzes the realization of the function of logo education of the Young Pioneers organization around the interpretation,application and evaluation of the logo of the Young Pioneers organization.The problems and causes of the Young Pioneers organization's identification education function are found,and the corresponding strategies are put forward for the problem.Specifically: First,clarify the educational function of the Young Pioneers organization logo.On the basis of combing the relevant research on the logo of the Young Pioneers organization,combined with the basic function of the symbol,the standard function of the Young Pioneer organization logo has the function of obtaining the cognitive function,the incentive function of the spiritual emotion and the behavior expression.Secondly,according to the principle of transmission of symbolic meaning to draw up observation outline and interview outline,select Chengdu D,M,T three primary schools in the relevant activities and rituals for observation and analysis,and select team counselors,squadron counselors and some Young Pioneers to conduct indepth interviews,according to the investigation,from the interpretation process,The implementation of the educational function of the Young Pioneers organization is described in three aspects: the process and the appraisal process.The analysis of the realization situation shows that there are the following problems in the realization of the function of the Young Pioneers organization identification education: the cognitive disjointin in the process of interpretation,the lack of emotional experience of the Young Pioneers and the misbehavior of the behavior in the process of assessment.The reasons that hinder its realization include the influence of the young pioneer counselor's own quality,the lack of the fixed and application scenario of the educational environment,the influence of the psychological characteristics of the Young Pioneers and the single standard of the regular assessment and evaluation.Finally,in view of the abovementioned obstacles,the above-mentioned obstacles put forward from four aspects to promote the Young Pioneers organization logo education function to better achieve the strategy,respectively,to improve the quality of the Young Pioneers counselors themselves,to create a good educational environment,to strengthen the use of the Young Pioneers organization logo,pay attention to the psychological characteristics of young pioneers,pay attention to guidance and education,and establish a scientific assessment and evaluation system.
