As an integral part of the national governance system,civil servants are the concrete implementers of the party and state policies.To win the battle against poverty,to implement the new development concept,and to carry out supply-side structural reform all put forward higher requirements on the governance ability and leadership level of civil servants.Township civil servants are at the bottom of the "pyramid" of civil servants.Facing the people directly,they are the bridge and link to maintain the contact between the party and the government and the people.Their work performance is directly related to the implementation of national policies and the image of the government in the grassroots masses.Improving the incentive measures for township civil servants has important theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of township and township civil servants' administrative efficiency,work enthusiasm,and initiative,as well as for rural revitalization.This article selects H county township civil servants as the research object,and uses literature research,survey research and statistical analysis methods to discuss the incentive problems of H county township civil servants.Through the field survey,we learned the current status and existing problems of incentives for civil servants in townships and towns in County H,and combined with the theory of equity theory and two-factor theory to analyze the causes of the problems.Finally,combining with the existing theoretical basis and research results,it is suggested that to improve the incentive of county and township civil servants,we should pay attention to the health factors to eliminate the adverse emotions of township civil servants,pay attention to the incentive factors to better mobilize the enthusiasm of township civil servants,and strengthen the self-incentive of township civil servants by combining the two factors.
