| Incentive mechanism is an important part of civil servant management in China.Effective incentive mechanism can tap the potential of township civil servants,mobilize their initiative,enthusiasm and creativity,give full play to their skills and talents,so as to improve the administrative efficiency of township government management,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the study of incentive mechanism of township civil servants.In this paper,through in-depth investigation of Jingyu County township civil servants,using the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,the incentive mechanism of township civil servants is discussed and studied.This study includes six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background,significance,research status at home and abroad,content,methods and framework;The second part is the theoretical basis,one is the definition of related concepts,the other is the summary of related theories;The third part is the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the incentive mechanism of township civil servants in Jingyu County.The first part is the representative analysis of the research object;the second part is the scale and structure of township civil servants in Jingyu County;the third part is the basic situation of the incentive mechanism of township civil servants in Jingyu County;the fourth part is the questionnaire survey;the fifth part is the existing problems;The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of the problems in the incentive mechanism of township civil servants in Jingyu County,including the influence of "official standard" administrative culture,the social and cultural influence of "acquaintance society",the imperfection of the incentive laws and regulations,the imperfection of the supervision and management system of civil servants,the lack of quality and ability of the leaders of township civil servants,and the obvious job burnout;The fifth part is the countermeasures to improve the incentive mechanism of township civil servants in Jingyu County,including enriching the incentive means of township civil servants,improving the assessment incentive system of township civil servants,improving the promotion incentive mechanism of township civil servants,and improving the salary incentive system of township civil servants.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect.Taking into account the actual situation of Jingyu County,this paper learns the real needs of grass-roots civil servants by means of questionnaire survey,and then finds out the potential problems in the current incentive system of the county,analyzes the causes,and then puts forward the incentive measures in line with the needs of civil servants in the county,so that the role of incentive measures can really play out,So that the enthusiasm of grass-roots artists can be stimulated,and ultimately provide better services for many rural people. |
