| The retired cadres of the army is one of the most precious wealth of the party and the country.It is not only a work of service management,but also a long-term political task,to transfer the governments resettlement management to the retired cadres.With the increase in the increase of the number of retired cadres,diversity of service demand,changes in housing security,the formation of a number of practical problems and development of current military retired service management is facing the difficulties.How to face the new situation,to adapt to the new situation,how to grasp the new rules,the system mechanism to improve,to enhance the ability of service management,service management level of improvement,has become an important topic of the military retired service management department.Based on the literature review,reviews the domestic and foreign institutions in the work of retired military cadres past situation and present situation,and studies the existent problems in the work of retired military cadres.In this paper,taking Changshu City military retired as an example,through the questionnaire survey,from which we can conclude that there is a common problem and a big problem.To study the present situation of military retired service management in Changshu City.Explore the reasons of Changshu City on the military retired service management socialization.Through my experience at the grass-roots level,combined with related theory perspective,reference to other military retirement for the experience and to adapt to the local economic and social development,put forward in line with Changshu City military retired service management countermeasures and suggestions.The results of this research can not only enrich the content of the military service management theory,but also can provide reference value for the relevant government departments to formulate relevant service management policies,and thus promote the social transformation of military leisure work. |
