Research On The Path Of Social Work Participating In The Social Governace Of Enthnic Frontier Of China

Ethnic borderland of China have become the key role of key breakthroughs in social governance due to their nationality,nature of frontiers and grassroots characteristics.Social work as a“soft tool”for social governance innovation gradually participates with its professional advantages and service concepts into social governance and play an important role.This article takes L Sumu in Alxa Zuoqi as an example to understand the basic situations,histories and cultures,social governance-related policies and social governance status of L Sumu.Using social governance theory and ecosystem theory analysis to study the current situation and existing problems of the social governance of L Sumu in Alxa Zuoqi,and from the perspective of the process of participation in social work,focusing on material assistance,ignoring the spiritual attention of the recipients,inadequateimplementation of policies,fragmentation of social services,inadequate social organizationand low participation of residents,etc.,as a starting point,model construction of social work participation in L Sumu social governance in the three-stage model operation framework of the participation process,it proposes a solution strategy for the problems existing in the L Sumu social governance,forming a L Sumu social governance environment in which multiple social governance subjects develop together with the participation of social work.The author of this article hopes to give full play to the professional advantages of social work under the social governance work led by the party committee and the government,mobilize multiple parties to participate in social governance,and form a social governance model of border areas and ethnic borderland that is equal,negotiated and participates among all subjects of social governance to contribute to the development of China’s social governance.
