Study On The Healthy Of Old-age Care Service In Kaifu District Of Changsha City

China's aging society began in 1999 and showed a gradual development trend,pension issues have caused the party Central Committee and the community's attention.The United Nations also believes that the aging of the population is a major challenge facing the whole world in the 21 st century and has given us a high degree of attention to our aging society.Kaifu District,Changsha City,population aging with a large base,high speed,aging,aging population trend is relatively severe,low social pension,self-social awareness of poor old-age features,so Kaifu District pension service work is facing challenges and pressures The management level and so on need to be improved,at the same time the level of supervision also needs to be strengthened.Based on the above background,this paper studies the cause of the aged service in Kaifu District,and analyzes the reasons of the old age service,Health development problems,hoping to solve the Kaifu District pension issues to provide recommendations for the future pension peak to lay a solid foundation for the arrival.This paper takes Kaifu District of Changsha as the research object,through questionnaire survey to understand the present situation of Kaifu District old-age service and the old people's expectation and actual demand,discuss the development strategy of Kaifu District old-age service development Suggest.The results show that there are some problems in the cause of pension service in Kaifu District,such as the lack of government attention,the lack of policy support,the low level of management services,the irregularity of the system,the unavailability of services and the difficulty of meeting the multi-level requirements.Uneven and so on.By contrasting the development model and experiences of domestic and international pension service,including the government supporting the sustainable development of private pension institutions through the form of financial subsidy,the government constructs a cooperative relationship with the non-profit organizations,and the foreign governments vigorously develop the old-age pension system.Strengthen the function of market mechanism.And finally put forward the proposal of building the old-age care service in Kaifu District,such as strengthening the government-led and improving the policy mechanism;strengthening the leadership and supervision to promote the healthy development of the old-age service institutions;efforts to cultivate pluralistic social old-age service;Professional talent and so on.The research of this topic provides the important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of the pension service in Kaifu District.
