| With the Internet,contactless crime has gradually become the mainstream of crime under the new situation of social security.The traditional police work mode is far from adapting to the increasingly dynamic and complicated public security situation.The information of science and technology has become an important means to effectively solve the current situation.Developing towards intelligence through the information work of public security organs at the grass-roots level,gradually improve the basic work level of grass-roots public security,realize the transformation and upgrading of police,and actively respond to the current comprehensive work of deepening public security reform.Based on the actual work of Yingkou city,this paper studies and analyzes the present situation of the information of primary public security institution by using the methods of questionnaire and interview.A total of 276 questionnaires were sent out to the primary pubic security institution of county and district bureau in Yingkou,of which 276 were valid questionnaires.At the same time,the related police in charge of science and technology information management are consulted and discussed.Analyze the collected data samples and interview results,in the process of information system of primary public security institution,there are many problems,such as weak practical combat ability,backward development level of software and hardware,hidden danger of information management,inadequate top-level design and planning,and slow development of operation and maintenance management,and so on.It is not difficult to find out in-depth analysis of these problems,which is caused by the lack of professional skills and consciousness of the police in the development of the intelligent application of information at the grass-roots level,the lack of sufficient software and hardware conditions as support,the imperfect mechanism of police security work,the weak planning and overall planning of the higher public security institution and the lack of operation and maintenance management ability of primary public security institution.By referring to the advanced experience of the primary public security institutions in other areas,the paper puts forward the feasible plan,and tries to solve the contradiction between the serious shortage of the current basic police force and the uneven development of the level of development and the increasingly serious public security work.At present,the development and application of public security information to intelligent police has become an important strategic goal for the state to strengthen the police through science and technology,the primary public security institution use scientific and technological information means to make them better serve for the prevention of crime and the fight against crime,and the police can do a good job of various public security tasks in a more time-saving and labor-saving manner.This paper hoped that the concept of grass-roots police can be updated and the innovation of grass-roots public security mechanism can be carried out,make full and reasonable use of existing infrastructure,application systems and information resources,and strengthen analysis,research and in-depth application practice.Fully tap the great potential of information resources,break down information barriers,develop the overall work efficiency among various police categories,and vigorously integrate social resources,promote the intelligent application of information and the basic work of public security organic integration.Further improve the level of information intelligence development of grass-roots public security work,make it better close to the reality of grass-roots work,and truly serve the grass-roots public security information in the actual combat,make the police work of public security go faster and better. |
