It is easy for office workers to get "job burnout" when they are engaged in similar jobs for a long time.Besides the negative impact on individuals,job burnout is more likely to have an impact on their employer.For civil servants,job burnout not only brings problems to their physical and mental health,but also involves the efficiency of government operation and affects the quality of public service,which is a very important macro issue.Job burnout is likely to affect the efficiency of the implementation of government policies and the transformation process of economic development,which gradually evolves into an important difficulty to be overcome in the construction of "service-oriented government".As China's economy has entered a new normal,and anti-corruption work has entered a decisive period,how to improve work efficiency and alleviate the job burnout of public servants has become an important issue restraining the healthy and stable development of China's economy.Customs civil servants,because of work place in port area,and business reform increased the intensity of work in recent years,ac system brings to the customs officer at the grass-roots level for a long time in the heart of expected imbalances,roll mood serious,rising house prices in recent years,rising prices,wages rise but not send,treatment does not accord with the local price level serious part coastal areas,more and more complex law enforcement environment,has brought the customs civil servants job burnout.As the guard of guard of guard of guard of guard of guard of guard of custom,assume important position.In front of the national economic gate,the problem of job burnout of customs civil servants seriously affects the supervision ability of the port.If this problem is ignored in the long run,it will bring great losses to the country.This paper focuses on the background and significance of the study on the career burnout of customs civil servants,analyzes the concepts related to the job burnout and the theoretical basis of this study,and analyzes the performance(physical,psychological and behavioral aspects)and influence(impact on individuals,jobs and countries)of the career burnout of customs civil servants.Through empirical study and analysis of the status of the job burnout of customs civil servants,taking ningbo customs as an example,this paper discusses various situations of the job burnout of customs civil servants through questionnaires and specific interviews,and USES the job burnout scale to measure the sample personnel and analyze the causes.Finally,the root causes of the job burnout of customs civil servants were explored and intervention measures were proposed to help ningbo customs to prevent and eliminate job burnout.
