Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of X Community Hongmajia Volunteer Team Participating In Community Governance

The participation of social organizations in community governance can effectively promote community management and construction,continuously improve residents’ ability to participate in social organizations and community autonomy,and enhance the cohesion of the community.It is one of the important tasks of community construction to constantly strengthen and improve the construction of social organizations in the community and give full play to the role of social organizations.This paper takes the Hongmajia volunteer team of X community in HJ District of YZ city as the research object,Based on the theory of civil society and the theory of collaborative governance,Using the methods of literature research and field research,this paper analyzes the effectiveness,difficulties and reasons of Hongmajia volunteer team participating in community governance in X community,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Hongmajia volunteer team is the first community organization established after the establishment of X community in HJ District of YZ City,and it is also the first community volunteer team in YZ city.After nearly 15 years of development,the Hongmajia volunteer team has now had eight teams,such as Hongmajia mediation team,Hongmajia golden media marriage media,Hongmajia patrol team,etc.Hongmajia volunteer team has achieved positive results in making up for the lack of community public service supply,establishing good community neighborhood relationship,integrating and sharing community internal resources.However,in the process of participating in the governance of X community,the Hongmajia volunteer team still faces difficulties such as lack of professional talents,insufficient working funds,low participation of residents and limited service projects,The main reasons are that the organizational culture is relatively backward,it is difficult to raise funds,the system and mechanism are not perfect,and the residents’ mutual aid concept is weak.In order to better play the role of Hongmajia volunteer team in community governance,We can take some countermeasures,such as clarifying the functions of social organizations,promoting the integration of community resources,strengthening the construction of social organizations themselves,and formulating scientific operation mechanism.The innovation of this study is to take the participation of specific social organizations in a certain community as the research object,which is rare in the existing research.
