Study On The Role Of The Government In The Development Of Tourism In Zhenjiang City

As a national historical and cultural city of zhenjiang tourism industry has experienced rapid development phase,the tourism to the city's industrial structure adjustment and change of the pattern of economic development and national economic growth has made an important contribution,in such aspects as promoting employment entrepreneurship and benefiting the people riding also played a major role,the government behavior in the industry in a leading position in the system,the government leading played a key role in the process of tourism development.With the rise of surrounding cities in recent years,the changes of tourism market and consumption upgrading,the city is facing the difficulties of sluggish growth of core indicators of tourism economy,low core competitiveness of tourism and difficult industrial transformation.By combing the resource status of zhenjiang tourism and the main data of tourism industry over the years,and combining with the tourism destination life cycle model,the author makes the positioning and analysis of the tourism development of zhenjiang.Through literature study and comparison of the development and evolution process of the organization,function and behavior of zhenjiang tourism administration,this paper reveals the mutual relationship between government behavior and tourism development,and summarizes the main characteristics of government behavior in the development process.Tourism industry by using the theory of public goods and government coordination unreasonable scenic area planning,tourism product development quality is not high,the supply of public facilities,not a clear image positioning,publicity and city marketing performance is not high,industry talent pool is not enough and the coordinated development underpowered etc.Analyze the main problems of role of government,is pointed out that the myth of zhenjiang into a government-led development strategy,the city's tourism industry started from exploration,has entered a new stage of development to consolidate,and the functions of the government,failed to timely adjust organization structure and management way,the cause of the role of government appeared deviation,administrative efficiency is not high,The sluggish transformation of the government's development mode failed to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading into the track of benign development.In terms of optimizing government functions,the author puts forward Suggestions to strengthen planning and coordination functions,enhance industrial guidance functions,improve public service functions,and strengthen regulation and supervision functions.In terms of optimizing the organizational structure,Suggestions are put forward to set up zhenjiang tourism development committee and strengthen the functions of culture,radio,television and tourism bureau.In terms of optimizing government behavior,Suggestions are put forward to improve the level of tourism development planning,strengthen the guiding role of industrial policy,innovate the public marketing mode of tourism,accelerate the construction of service system,improve the guarantee system of industrial development,and promote the construction of regional tourism coordination mechanism.
