Research On Community Security Management Under The Background Of Urbanization

Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous deepening of the process of urbanization and non-agriculturalization,the level of urbanization in China has entered a stage of rapid development,and the rapid progress of urbanization has greatly promoted the sustained and rapid development of the economy,and promoted the social structure,economic system,and Orderly adjustment of government functions.With the economic growth,the size of the city continues to expand,and a large number of floating people are pouring into the city.At the same time,the edges of the city are expanding outward,and a large number of rural villages are integrated into the urban community.The social security situation has become intricate and increasingly difficult,and various social contradictions have become increasingly prominent,which has brought severe challenges to the security management of urban communities.This article takes Wujiaying street community public security management practice as the research object,based on existing management measures and results,through a lot of reading literature and local materials,combined with scientific investigation and analysis methods,explores the current problems,and solves Wujiaying street and even the country's similar Issues of public security management in urbanized urban communities and improvement of community security management capabilities.This paper analyzes the measures of community security management in Wujiaying Sub-district and points out that there are six problems: first,community security cases are frequent and social conflicts are prominent;second,the number of floating population is seriously upside down,making management chaotic;Insufficient police force to cope with public security issues;Fourth,lack of information platform and incomplete two-way communication mechanism;Fifth,in the practice of exploring public participation,the willingness of social organizations and individuals to participate is weak;Finally,the construction of police facilities Lagging,complex community patterns have made it possible for crime.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of public security management inWujiaying Subdistrict,through reading and searching a large number of relevant documents,the community security data is analyzed,the relevant public security management practices at home and abroad are summarized,and the successful experience is analyzed and borrowed.The public security management of the Chinese community proposes perfect countermeasures.First,improve grassroots legal system publicity and constantly improve laws and regulations related to public security management;second,improve social security mechanisms for landless farmers to protect people‘s livelihood,maintain social stability,and ease social conflicts;third,improve security security mechanisms and integrate community security resources,Actively cultivate social organizations and encourage the participation of multiple social forces;Fourth,establish an information platform to promote information sharing and activate the role of intelligence in public security management;Fifth,broaden participation channels and fully mobilize public participation enthusiasm;Harmonize the relationship between the police and the people,enhance the public's sense of identity,and promote the construction of a harmonious society...
