In recent years,the aging situation of the population in our country is becoming more and more serious,and the problem of providing for the aged has become the focus of common concern in all fields of society.Community pension,as one of the most extensive social pension models,not only solves the problem that children can not take care of the elderly systematically in the family pension model,improves the professionalism and systematicness of providing for the aged,but also alleviates the financial pressure of the government under the traditional government pension model.At the same time,we can also rely on the community and use all kinds of community resources to provide all kinds of services for the elderly in daily life,which can better meet the material and spiritual needs of the elderly on the material and spiritual aspects of the community pension,which is also the community pension.The important characteristics and advantages of service.Baicheng is located in the northwest of Jilin Province,is one of the eight prefecture-level cities in Jilin Province,with one district,two counties,two cities,as well as three provincial development zones and five industrial concentration areas.In 2014,the Baicheng government issued the "opinions on the implementation of accelerating the development of the old-age service industry ",which formally incorporated the community old-age care into the main model of the old-age care in Baicheng,and strengthened the guidance to all sectors of society and strengthened the construction of community old-age care services.However,as far as the present stage is concerned,there are still some problems in the community pension service in Baicheng,and the quality and level of the community pension service still need to be improved.Based on this,this paper adopts the concept of community pension service and The theory is expatiated and explained,and then taking Baicheng City,Jilin Province as an example,the present situation and existing problems of community pension service in Baicheng City are deeply studied.On this basis,using the method of questionnaire survey and empirical research to further investigate and analyze the influencing factors of the elderly in Baicheng to participate in community old-age service,and on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of community old-age service at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures of community old-age service in Baicheng,in order to provide valuable reference for improving the efficiency and effect of community old-age service in Baicheng city.
