Since the 1990 s,China has continuously promoted grassroots autonomy in community governance and community construction.In the cultivation of community self-organization,China has adopted a "selective cultivation" approach.At present,with the increase in the demand for the community and the transformation of government functions,self-organization composed of community residents has become an important force in community governance With the subject.However,China's community self-organization is still in its infancy,and its development continues to encounter difficulties.This article selects Chengdu's excellent community self-organization-L Community Civilized Dog Breeding Association as a research case to analyze and summarize its innovative development path,with a view to our Provide a reference for the development of community self-organization.Based on the concepts of community capital,sustainable development and community participation,this article analyzes and summarizes the growth process and development context of the L Community Civilized Dog Breeding Association.At the same time,the author uses interviews,non-participating observation methods and literature methods to conduct interviews with the heads and members of the Civilized Dog Breeding Association,community workers,and relevant staff of the social organization G,and to the Civilized Dog Breeding Association and X Observation and recording of street-related activities and obtained rich and detailed information.This article believes that the development path of the Civilized Dog Breeding Association is the result of the government's transformation of functions and the activation of the community's endogenous forces in conjunction with social forces.Through the government's purchase of social services,professional social work forces such as social organizations are introduced into the community to cultivate relevant community Organization,through the "other organization-self-organization" approach can not only make up for the unprofessional and shallow level of self-organization of the masses,but also make social service projects of social organizations have a more sustained and profound impact on the audience.
