Research On Social Workers' Intervention In The Promotion Of Intelligent Old-age Service

In recent years,Nanjing has entered a stage of serious aging society,and the problem of providing for the aged needs to be solved urgently.Under the national "9064" pension pattern,Nanjing's community home-based pension undertakes most of the important tasks of pension.Under the background of "Internet +",Nanjing has been exploring the wisdom of providing services for the elderly to alleviate the pressure of providing for the aged.At present,the exploration and development of the intelligent old-age care model in Nanjing presents the characteristics of regionalization and multi-subjectivity.The unreasonable distribution of services and supply of various levels of demand for the elderly will seriously hinder the long-term development of the intelligent home-based old-age care service in Nanjing.Jiangning District,as a typical demonstration area for the development of intelligent pension service in Nanjing,has various problems in the exploration of further promoting intelligent pension service.Based on Maslow's demand theory,the research uses questionnaires and in-depth interviews to assess the needs of intelligent pension services in Jiangning District of Nanjing City,to understand the current situation of intelligent pension services,the problems existing in the promotion of intelligent pension services,the needs of elderly people for intelligent pension services and group differences,and to explore the sustainable development of intelligent pension services.The key.Finally,the intervention scheme is designed based on the theory of energy enhancement,and the effective way to promote the intelligent old-age service is explored according to the result evaluation and needs evaluation of social workers' intervention.Combined with needs assessment and social work intervention effect evaluation,social workers can effectively remedy the current imbalance between supply and demand,low level of service professionalism,and the poor understanding and use ability of intelligent old-age service in Jiangning District by formulating corresponding intervention programs.Payment service is the key to the sustainable development of intelligent pension service.Promoting the understanding of theelderly can effectively promote the promotion of paid service.In the process of practice,it can improve the understanding and use ability of the elderly to intelligent pension service,and meet the needs of the government to further promote intelligent pension service.Social work,as one of the multiple subjects participating in the promotion of intelligent old-age care services,can supplement the existing service defects,show its own value,and seek for the well-being of the elderly in their old age.Finally,according to the needs analysis of the elderly,the current situation and problems of the intelligent old-age service in Jiangning District of Nanjing,the bottlenecks in the promotion and the specific situation of social work involvement,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the promotion of the intelligent old-age service in Jiangning District from the three levels of government,enterprises and social organizations.The sustainable development of the intelligent old-age service needs to be completed.We should improve the existing policy environment,increase financial support,strengthen the propaganda of intelligent pension services,start from the demand side of the elderly,increase technological investment,and pay attention to social workers and play an active role to meet higher levels of demand.
