After entering the 21 st century,the situation of the population ageing in our country is becoming more and more serious,and the problem of providing for the aged has become the major challenge that our country is facing.With the development of population ageing,institutional pension has played an increasingly important role in the way of providing for the aged.As the last stop of choosing institution to provide for the aged,the endowment institution has been paid much attention to in personnel,infrastructure and configuration.As the main body of providing services for the dying elderly,the hospice nursing staff in the old-age care institutions not only have to face high-intensity and long-term work,but also face social prejudice and negative emotions in their work,causing the mental distress of the Hospice Care Staff.For this reason,this study takes the hospice nurses in the elderly care institutions as the research subject,and uses the method of case work to intervene.To understand the mental stress situation of hospice nurses in detail,analyze the causes of mental stress of hospice nurses from the social and psychological point of view and seek solutions.Through the investigation and Research on the stress of the hospice nurses in four old-age institutions,it is found that the hospice nurses have the characteristics of large workload,long working time and isolation from the society.This study takes the senior living apartment h in Liaoyang City as a sample,and collects L in Liaoyang City by using literature research,questionnaire survey,field observation,in-depth interview and other professional methods The data of the hospice nurses in the apartments for the aged,the main problems and pressure status quo they are facing,the actual needs of them are understood,and the intervention is based on the theory of social work and the way of case work.Using rational emotional therapy mode,we can change the irrational thinking of hospice nurses,and help them link resources to achieve a good interaction with social support system.Through the pre-test and post test,work process evaluation and result evaluation of the mental stress scale,to verify the effect of social workers' intervention in the mental stress of hospice nurses in the elderly care institutions.Finally,this study put forward suggestions and suggestions for the hospice nurses of social work intervention pension institutions,and provide reference for similar research in the future.The innovation of this paper is to focus the mental stress of hospice nurses on their deathanxiety.Previous studies focused on the workload and welfare of hospice nurses.This paper adopts the method of case work,which can provide personalized service for the service object.The shortcomings lie in the lack of individual ability,the challenge of controlling links,the depth of case intervention and the effect of service.
