Self-care For The Elderly To Stay In The Old-age Care Institutions To Adapt To The Difficulties Of Effective Adjustment

In recent years,China has entered the stage of rapid aging.Due to the weakening of family function,the demand of the social endowment is rising.In-Home Senior Care is still under the construction.The social pension institutions become the choice of many families and the elderly.Whether the elderly can adapt to the environment of the pension institutions quickly once after they enter the pension institution affects the life quality of the elderly.This paper chooses the self-care elders from a pension institution in Guangzhou as the object of the study,and adopts the qualitative and quantitative research method,literature research,interviews and field observations to analyze the ecological system of self-care elders with the ecosystem theory.This paper elaborates the adaptation problem of self-care elders in the pension institutions and discovers a native intervention model,which would solve the adaptation difficulties of self-care elders in the pension institutions effectively.For example,the hospital accommodation program could solve the short-term adaptation problems of the elderly,and the personal care plan could solve the long-term adaptation problems of the elderly.These conclusions are to combine the concept and method of social workers with the practical work of the pension institutions,which has a broad promotion significance.
