The advent of the information age has brought about changes in all aspects of human life.From a small lifestyle change to a large management concept change,the challenges brought by informatization are everywhere.In the field of social management,informatization has also initiated new challenges to human resource management in the public sector.In order to keep up with the pace of the information age,from the west to the east,the public departments of various countries have made useful attempts to integrate information technology and human resource management,and burst out a spark of wisdom.Although China's public sector informatization construction started late,but it also strives to be strong and not willing to show weakness.In the decades-long exploration from top to bottom,a public sector human resource management model suitable for Chinese characteristics has been formed.Focused on performance appraisal,electronic personnel files,cadre selection and appointment,salary and benefits verification,etc.,and found a development path that suits national conditions.This paper takes the public sector human resources management informatization construction as the research direction,and uses the literature research method,comparative research method,and investigation research method to analyze the current situation of the public sector human resources management informatization construction in Huaian City,and finds that it generally presents infrastructure construction.There is a benign development trend in place,the isolation of departmental islands and the increasing utilization rate of informatization construction achievements,but there are also problems such as uneven development of informatization construction,lack of compound talents,single application construction,and construction risks.Under the guidance of public sector performance evaluation theory,resource-based theory,psychological contract theory and organizational theory,the reasons behind the current status of Huai'an City are mainly due to the lack of unified planning for informatization construction,inadequate talent training system,and awareness of informatization concepts Unclear,information construction environment needs to be optimized.Based on the experience of informatization construction at home and abroad,suggestions are made to improve the status quo of Huai'an City,that is,from the overall planning and development of human resources management informatization construction,the improvement of thepersonnel training system,and the deepening of the concept of human resources management informatization Know and optimize the information construction environment to improve in four aspects.
