The market economy has been developing continuously since the reform and opening to the outside world,and the advanced ideas of the western developed countries have also been introduced into our country,and the socialism with Chinese characteristics has been produced.In order to make the society more stable and harmonious in the development process,the public sector has always played an important role of guidance and coordination.Human resource is one of the most important resources to drive the public sector to better serve the socialist harmonious society.In order to give full play to its role in the wave of booming market economy,the public sector has increased the intensity of reform in human resources management.According to the successful experience of the practice of private organizations in the management of the human resource and the reality of their own needs,the public sector has also begun to use the new mode of human resource management,human resource management is a part of the functions to the third party to complete;However,as the public sector has different characteristics of public services such as enterprises,how to carry out the outsourcing of human resources management in a reasonable,effective and safe way should be further explored.This article discusses and studies the outsourcing of human resource management in five chapters.In the first chapter of human resource management outsourcing research background and significance of the research described briefly,then by reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature review of human resource management outsourcing development at home and abroad research status;In the second chapter,first of all,the definition of the upcoming concepts is defined,and some important theories related to human resource management outsourcing are explained and analyzed;In the third chapter of public sector human resource management outsourcing of our specific project process and significance are briefly discussed,on the basis of the existing public sector human resource management outsourcing in China.In the fourth chapter,firstly,it briefly expounds the practices of Australia and Britain in the outsourcing of human resources management in public sector,and on this basis summarizes its experience and lessons for China;The last chapter,on the basis of the first four chapters,puts forward some countermeasures to solve the outsourcing of human resource management in China's public sector.
