A Study On The Management Of Trust Crisis In China Charities Aid Foundation For Children

Trust is an important foundation for the existence and development of public organizations.With the trust of the public,public organizations can gather more energy and play a greater role.Public trust,can be considered as the key factor to determine the survival of public organizations,is the foundation of public organizations.In the era of self media,whether facing natural or man-made disasters,good crisis management is conducive to the long-term development and benign operation of public organizations;similarly,once handled improperly,it may cause serious trust crisis through self media fermentation.At present,the internal management of public organizations is chaotic,and things that cannot adhere to the purposes and principles of public organizations' behavior happen repeatedly,exposing serious institutional problems such as managing people with people,governing people with people,replacing systems with enthusiasm.If these problems can not be taken seriously,they will seriously affect the development of public organizations.This paper mainly analyzes the trust crisis that Zhonghua Erci will face,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Based on the in-depth analysis of the concept,connotation and relevant theories of trust crisis and public welfare organization,taking the China children's charity society as an example,this paper enumerates the scandals in recent years of China children's charity society,sorts out the crisis handling plan of children's charity society,explores the mechanism of trust crisis,and makes in-depth analysis of the serious consequences caused by the poor handling of the crisis,and probes into the trust of China children's charity society According to the mechanism of the crisis and the underlying institutional reasons,it is believed that the CCRC has its own internal management defects,system design defects,and practical problems.Then,from the perspective of improving the system construction,this paper puts forward countermeasures to resolve the current trust crisis faced by CCRC,which are as follows:learning from advanced crisis management experience;establishing the information disclosure index system of public organizations;establishing and improving the information disclosure system;establishing an effective accountability mechanism;establishing an effective supervision mechanism;improving the internal management of public organizations.In addition,as a representative public welfare organization,the problems exposed in the crisis are also the common problems of many public welfare organizations in China.This paper expects to analyze the crisis management problemsof China children's Charity Association,enhance the emergency response ability of children's Charity Association in the face of the crisis,complete the operation procedures,and provide certain reference for domestic public welfare organizations facing the same crisis.Based on the theory of crisis management and the case study,this paper analyzes the crisis management of CCRC,and puts forward its own countermeasures and suggestions to resolve the crisis.
