Research On Prison Image Management Under The Background Of Network Public Opinion Crisis

Prison is a national penal executing organ,which plays an important role in the judicial system of our country.For a long time,due to the particularity of the prison itself,the prison rarely appears in the public view.Especially in the Internet age when information is coming,if the disposal of online public opinion is not appropriate,the image of prison will be negatively affected.How to adapt to the development situation of the Internet,respond to the crisis of public opinion on the Internet scientifically,and display to the public the dignified image of the prison authorities and the prison people's police in the sunshine and standardization of law enforcement has become an urgent task for prisons,especially the prison management agencies.This thesis takes the prison image management under the background of network public opinion crisis as the theme and discusses it from the following aspects.In the first part,the research background is introduced,and the related literature is analyzed and reviewed to pave the way for the follow-up research.The second part defines the related concepts and explains the related theoretical research of image management and crisis management.The third part analyzes the current situation of prison image management through cases,questionnaires and in-depth interviews.The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of prison image management under the background of online public opinion crisis.The fifth part proposes countermeasures from the aspects of strengthening system construction,strengthening law enforcement supervision and strengthening publicity.This thesis breaks through the limitations of previous studies on the response and disposal of online public opinions in prisons.From the perspective of image management,combining with the actual characteristics of prisons,this thesis analyzes the difficulties in image management to provide effective response and disposal of online public opinions for prisons and the methods to improve the image of law enforcement.
