actively developing catering industry,an industry related to people’s livelihood.Since the industrial revolution,the rapid development of social economy,people’s living standards have been significantly improved,followed by people’s pace of life is faster and faster,the quality of food requirements are increasing every day,which to some extent promote the development of China’s fast food industry.The whole fast food industry has actively practiced,explored deeply,paid attention to accumulation,pragmatic progress,and made new steps,opening up a new situation for the development of Chinese fast food.At the same time,the state and the government pay more and more attention to the development of the fast food industry in China,and give strong support to human,financial,material and policy in its development process.China’s fast food industry is booming,going out of the country to the world food stage.However,the development of everything is two-way.Today,with the government accelerating social transformation,it is facing unprecedented challenges on how to promote the healthy and rapid development of China’s catering industry,especially the steady and rapid development of China’s fast food industry and make new progress.Although China’s fast food industry is developing rapidly,there are still a series of problems that can not be ignored and need to be solved.First,although the government’s supervision of fast food industry is more and more strict,there are still lack of supervision and dead angle of supervision.The specific performance is as follows:(1)the supervision of the online delivery platform is not in place,which leads to frequent food safety problems;(2)there is a dead angle of supervision for small fast-food restaurants with an area of less than 200 square meters,which leads to low illegal cost and weak food safety awareness of such shopkeepers;(3)the supervision of the upstream food supply chain of fast-food restaurants is not in place.Second,the relevant law enforcement departments of the government are weak in law enforcement,which to some extent reduces the strength of law enforcement.The specific performance is as follows:(1)the strength of the law enforcement team for the fast food industrysupervision is weak,and has not formed a normalization,strong randomness;(2)the relevant laws and regulations for the fast food industry are not perfect,to a certain extent,the law enforcement is not strict.Third,the supervision system of fast food industry is not perfect.The supervision of the fast food industry mostly depends on the administrative power of the state and the government.The public opinion supervision and the supervision within the fast food industry have not formed a combat effectiveness,and the whole society has not formed a comprehensive and mature supervision system for the fast food industry.In order to promote the healthy,benign and rapid development of the fast food industry,as well as methods,the author investigates and understands the current situation and existing problems of Chongqing government regulatory authorities in the development of Chongqing fast food industry,and puts forward the following solutions.First,we need to strengthen the supervision of the government’s regulatory authorities,and improve policies to put an end to regulatory dead ends.The details are as follows:(1)improve the supervision of online delivery platform;(2)introduce policies to strengthen the supervision of restaurants below 200 Ping from the application of catering business license and food hygiene license;(3)improve the supervision of upstream food supply chain.Second,improve the law enforcement force of the relevant government law enforcement departments,and improve the law enforcement force.The specific measures are as follows:(1)expand the government’s supervision team for the fast food industry,and strengthen the investment scale of supervision equipment;(2)improve the relevant laws and regulations in the field of supervision,and the law enforcement must be strict and illegal must be investigated.Third,the government should take the lead to establish andimprove a comprehensive regulatory system for the development of the fast food industry,and give full play to the power of industry regulation and public opinion regulation.
