With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process in our country,the grassroots community governance in our country has constantly encountered various challenges in practice.The traditional grassroots community governance methods are no longer suitable for the establishment of a "co-building,co-governance and sharing" society as proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China Governance pattern requirements.Under this background,the reform of grassroots community governance is imperative.The governance of urban grassroots communities needs to change the governance model in a timely manner.In specific local practices,cultivating community self-organization by constructing community public welfare funds is an effective form of reforming grassroots community governance.It has gradually become prominent in the practice of grassroots community governance.With the advocacy of local policies,the community charity fund is used as a new type of community governance method,participates in the construction and cultivation of community self-organization,and plays an active role in promoting and promoting the community self-organization.development of.In this research background,this article starts from the perspective of self-organization theory,combined with governance theory,based on the practical experience of Chengdu C community governance,using interview method,observation method,questionnaire method to collect and analyze writing materials,first Relevant concepts and literatures on community foundations and community self-organization at home and abroad were reviewed and defined,relevant concepts were defined,the logic of action of community charity funds and community self-organization was analyzed,and community charity funds were discussed as tools,channels and platforms in the community.Governance plays a unique role,and from the development status and dilemma of community self-organization,it explains the driving force required to guide community self-organization development,and discusses the role of community public welfare funds in community self-organization construction with practical cases.The case of social work in the C community governance practice in Chengdu set out to analyze the influencing factors of the evolution process of self-organization,and analyzed in detail the role of community public welfare funds in the construction of community self-organization,and concluded that community public welfare funds can promote the development of community self-organization,Practice shows: Cultivate and establish community charity foundation,Can play a good role in the construction and cultivation of community self-organization,but the development of community self-organization requires the joint efforts of multiple subjects such as communities,social organizations,community residents,etc.Therefore,this article concludes with a professional perspective of social work.Reflect and further explore the growth and development path of community self-organization under the professional perspective of social work.
