On Investigation Of Cyber-stakeholder Economic Crime

Cyber-stakeholder economic crimes occur frequently and threaten economic security.Based on the current situation of the continuous growth of Internet-related economic crime cases,this paper combs the literature,interviews and surveys,asks the front-line police officers,and grasps the fact that public security agencies face“difficult to catch,difficult to prosecute,and difficult to chase money”in their actual law enforcement.The practical problems are to change the thinking of investigating big data,apply the means of investigation and control through fund penetration,and unearth data weapons to investigate and handle cases.In July 2015,the Economic Investigation Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security put forward a new type of development strategic goal of "informatization construction and data combat",requiring economic investigation departments across the country to strengthen "data is the combat power,and those who have the data win the world,and those who win the data win the world." Awareness and implement the data concept.Criminal suspects embrace the Internet,forming a new model of "Internet crime +".Forced the public security organs to transform and upgrade.The author divides this study into five parts.The first part compares the research status of stakeholder economic crimes and cyber-stakeholder economic crimes,determines the research direction and clarifies the research significance;the second part combs the concepts,types,causes and development status of cyber-stakeholder economic crimes,and clarifies The main body of research;the third part summarizes the characteristics of online stakeholder economic crime cases;the fourth part points out the difficulties in the investigation of online stakeholder economic crimes;the fifth section proposes the investigation countermeasures of online stakeholder economic crimes.From the perspective of cyber crime investigation,the author proposes to build a channel for investigating,controlling,and disposing of funds,use remote survey technology,strengthen cyberspace control,and punish cyber-related economic crimes.Specifically: One is to establish big data investigation thinking,accurately mine criminal intelligence and evidence,and early warning investigation;the second is to carry out network position control,do public opinion monitoring,collect public opinion clues,and share public opinion intelligence;the third is to use fund investigation and control technology Realize theinquiry,analysis and control of the financial flows involved in the case,and verify the facts of the crime;Fourth,pay attention to the standardization of electronic data,and improve the effectiveness of combating crime and the ability to actively investigate through the application of electronic material evidence technology;Recover the damage.
