Research On Crime Prediction Policing Model Of Compulsive Drug Addicts After Returning To Society

Affected by the continued proliferation of international drug tide,current drug-related illegal and criminal activities have caused serious violations to the stable development of our society and the safety of people's lives and property.It poses severe challenges to public security organs in their efforts to crack down on illegal crimes,maintain the stability of the state's political power,and guarantee people's livelihood and prosperity.Therefore,Itis urgent to strengthen the anti-drug work.In 2008.6,China 's Anti-Drug Law clearly stipulates “compulsory detoxification measures” as control measures against drug abusers with strong addiction.Among the arrested criminal suspects in 2017,there were 152,000 drug addicts,accounting for 10.3% which reflects an apparent close relationship between drug users and crime.It is of great value to carry out crime early warning research on the population of compulsive drug addicts.The research can improve the public security organs to crack down on drug-related illegal and criminal activities,maintain social stability and security,and effectively promote the implementation and follow-up of compulsory drug addicts' return to social work and reduce the relapse rate,which has a strong practical value and research significance.The main structures are as follows:The first chapter: introduction explains the background,purpose and significance,literature review,basic concepts,research content,the current research status quo of this paper;The second chapter discusses the overall status of China's compulsory drug addicts' control work,the typical control mode and the main problems in the current work;The third part: SPSS was used to analyze the data of drug addicts and summarize the influencing factors and regular characteristics of their criminal behaviors.The fourth part: The selection of analysis method and algorithm model is expounded,which provides sufficient evidence support for the subsequent construction of crime early warning model of compulsive addicts.The fifth part: builds regression model of early warning of compulsory drug addicts.Apply SPSS modeler to analyze and test the model and get a result which tests the effectivity of the model.The sixth part: countermeasures and suggestions.In the current work of public security in the early warning and prevention of compulsory drug addicts.Finally: summarize and discuss the research process and results of the full text and look forward to the further researches.
