Research On The Foreigner Management Of Police Stations Under The Background Of Beijing's Construction As A World City

In recent years,with the construction of a world city in Beijing,the internationalization of Beijing has deepened and the degree of opening up has been continuously improved.More and more foreigners have come to Beijing to live,study and find employment.According to statistics,the permanent foreign population in Beijing has reached 150,000 in 2019.The structure of these foreigners in Beijing is complex,living area and activity type of foreigners are also larger than before,and foreign-related cases are also on the rise.The public's demand for optimizing the Foreigner Management is increasing.This article wants to put forward new opinions and specific measures that are more in line with theactual grassroots works of Foreigner Management and Services in the process of Beijing's construction of a world city,in order to better play the role of the policeman of the police station in practice to promote the long-term and efficient operation of Foreigner Management and Services and promote Beijing to better build a world city.According to New Public Management theory this paper analyzes the current status of Beijing 's construction of a world city through interview research,case study,and literature research.It focuses on the increasing internationalization trend,the rapid increase of foreign population in Beijing,foreign-related cases and Incidents and other development trends,combined with the specific problems and practical needs of Foreigner Management and Services of the police station,put forward a comprehensive set of public security from the aspects of law and regulation formulation,supporting mechanism system construction,human resource management,and social organization coordination improvement plan for the Foreigner Management and Services in the police station.This article is composed of five parts.The first part elaborates the research background and significance of this article,and clarifies the research methods and ideas of this article.The second part introduces related concepts and discusses the meaning of world cities,Foreigner Management and New Public Management theory.The third part discusses the importance of improving theForeigner Management and Services to Beijing to build a world city.The fourth part is explaining and making questions the present situation of Foreigner Management and Services by Beijing police station.The fifth part is based on the New Public Management theory and proposes solutions and countermeasures for Foreigner Management and Services Of the Beijing police stations.
