Student bullying incidents often occur on the campus of primary and secondary schools.The forms of bullying are diversified,and there are too many social,family,and school factors behind them,which have an inestimable impact on the physical and mental health of students.In China,especially in the underdeveloped areas,the governance of campus bullying is still in its infancy,most of the existing research are from developed or more developed areas such as large and medium-sized cities,and lack of research specifically for campus bullying in underdeveloped areas.In order to explore the Countermeasures of bullying in primary and secondary schools in underdeveloped areas and put the bullying in practice,this study takes the bullying in primary and secondary schools in underdeveloped areas as the starting point and takes jn County in Lishui City as an example.Through questionnaire survey and result analysis,sorting Summarize the current status of campus bullying and governance in the region,analyze the causes and management dilemmas of bullying behaviors in underdeveloped campuses,and propose specific countermeasures for campus bullying management in combination with the actual situation of campus bullying in underdeveloped areas.The current situation of school bullying in primary and secondary schools is as follows: School bullying is common in primary and secondary schools,with 32% of children being bullied and 22% of children have participated in bullying,School bullying shows the trend of low age,which should arouse the attention of school,society and parents.According to the survey results,it is found that bullying often occurs in classrooms,restaurants,corridors dormitories and other public places.Among the bullying behaviors on campus,72.44% are verbal bullying,22.44% are relational bullying.Schools and parents should be aware of the psychological impact of verbal bullying and relational bullying on children;69.87% of the participants were classmates,and 30.13% were children with conflict;After being bullied,with the growth of years,children are more reluctant to tell their parents and teachers about the situation of being bullied,which should be paid attention to;There are nearly half of the left-behind children in JN county,and these children are more likely to be involved in bullying than normal family children.The causes of bullying on campus are: first,family causes.Lack of education leads to extreme thinking and behavior of children and imbalance of children's mental health.Second,social causes.Influenced by the living environment and the surrounding environment,children are easily affected by thesurrounding bad crowd;influenced by the network and various self media bad atmosphere,children are easy to imitate and follow the trend.Third,psychological causes.The lack of children's basic needs,such as the lack of psychological safety,love and respect;the limited cognitive level of children,easy to imitate bad behavior;personality defects and the negligence or mistakes of parents' Education in critical period,which cause obstacles to children's lifelong development.The current situation of campus bullying Governance: first,there are some bullying prevention and control education activities,but the frequency is not high,and the frequency of each teacher's bullying education is uneven;second,the forms of campus bullying prevention and control activities still need to be diversified,lack of professional guidance;third,the lack of legal education and mental health education;fourth,some schools are too formalized to really implement bullying governance.The dilemma of campus bullying Governance: first,the governance concept is backward;second,the system is not in place;third,the governance is lack of rationality.Based on the analysis of the causes,governance status and difficulties of bullying in underdeveloped campus,the author puts forward the following suggestions: First,change the concept of governance and strengthen education and management.For example: set up a special governance organization to strengthen the management of bullying;care for the left behind children,build a home school communication platform;set up mental education courses to help children grow up in the sunshine.Second,improve the system construction and ensure the campus bullying governance.For example,in combination with the local actual situation,we will launch a special act on bullying;plan governance measures,establish a mechanism for bullying prevention and control;promote research on bullying projects,and form a bullying intervention model.Third,all parties work together to create a healthy growth environment.For example: pay attention to behavior cultivation education,create a harmonious family atmosphere;social organizations work together to form a "zero tolerance" social atmosphere;purify the media network environment,establish a good social atmosphere.As for the effectiveness of the research results of this article on campus bullying governance in underdeveloped areas,the author will further explore in the follow-up research.
