Optimization Of Urban Water Supply And Service In Suzhou Countermeasure Research

With the continuous development of economy and society and the continuous improvement of the quality of life of the masses,people's demand for the quality and service of tap water supply is also increasing.With the increasingly fierce competition in the water industry,how to ensure the social and economic benefits of tap water supply is one of the key work contents of the government.The development of urban tap water in Suzhou has shown a good development trend in recent years,not only the water source has been protected,the water quality of urban tap water has reached the national environmental quality standard of the second grade surface water,but also has more advanced technology and strict quality control system,but with the masses of tap water quality and The increasing demand for quantity,various problems also gradually emerged,for the city water service brought some difficulties.There is therefore an urgent need to overcome these difficulties from the source.Based on the literature analysis,interview,questionnaire method and comparative research,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of water service in suzhou city by combining the theory of public goods supply,public utility management and service-oriented government theory.This paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which introduces the research background and significance of this paper,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research contents and methods,the key points of the research,the difficulties and the possible innovation points,etc.The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis.Separate This paper introduces the concept,attributes,urban tap water supply,public goods and public service,and analyzes the theory of public goods supply and public utility management,the third chapter introduces the present situation and problems of public service in water industry of Suzhou city;the fourth chapter introduces the reasons of problems in water service in Suzhou city;the fifth chapter expounds the optimization countermeasures of water service in Suzhou city according to the basic situation of the above chapter;the sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this article.There are still some problems in the quality of water supply in Suzhou city,such as not reaching the level of "health and safety ",lack of emergency management ability,unreasonable price of tap water and further improvement of window service level,so it is necessary to better serve the water supply in Suzhou city and provide satisfactory water service for the people by speeding up the upgrading and upgrading of water supply infrastructure,strengthening the construction of professional personnel,reforming the water fee pricing method based on market-oriented reform,perfecting the emergency management system of public service for water industry and establishing and perfecting the government supervision for water industry.
