Research On Rural Legal Publicity And Education Based On The Model Of “three Governance Integration”

This paper takes rural legal publicity and education in Pujiang County,zhejiang Province as the research object.It contains four parts: the rural legal publicity and education overview,Pujiang County "three governance integration" approach of legal publicity and education,Pujiang County’s legal publicity and education re-understanding and rural legal publicity and education countermeasures.Chapter one,the rural legal publicity and education overview.It is divided into two parts: the general situation of rural legal publicity and education and the exploration of "three governance integration" in rural legal publicity and education.The first part summarizes the background and present situation of rural legal education.The second part discusses the historical background of "three governance integration" and the necessity of "three governance integration" of rural legal publicity and education.Chapter two,Pujiang County "three governance integration" approach of legal publicity and education.Pujiang County has a very distinct feature in legal publicity and education--"three governance integration".The most important thing in "three governance integration" is "integration".The second chapter discusses rural legal publicity and education activities in Pujiang County government organization system,traditional media and new media,and analyzes the ways of the rural legal popularization activities in Pujiang County.Chapter three,re-understanding of Pujiang County "three governance integration" of legal publicity and education.This paper points out the advantages and problems in the "three governance integration" of legal publicity and education in Pujiang County from two perspectives: the combination of legal publicity and education and social governance,and the combination of legal publicity and education and cultural governance.From the approach of re-thinking,this paper can grasp the rural legal publicity and education pattern of Pujiang County.Chapter four,rural legal publicity and education countermeasures.First,rural legal publicity and education needs to be specialized and precisive.It is good to be reformed from supply and demand in order to realize the specialization and precision of legal publicity and education.Second,to further optimize the function of multi-subject popularization of law;Third,to play the role of "new able villagers in township governance".
