Cooperative Prevention And Control Of Juvenile Delinquency In Jiangxi Province

Juvenile delinquency is the focus of the whole society.Along with the sustained rapid economic development,social structure profound adjustment,open culture spread effect,due to a minor cognitíve ability is not complete,physiological and psychological immaturity,personality is not perfect,the subjective factors and objective social environment comprehensive effect,caused by persistently high amount of minor crime in recent years,high,and presents many new characteristics and new trend.There are 30,266 juvenile delinquents in jiangxi province in the past ten years,accounting for 7.95% of the total number of juvenile delinquents in the province.The number of juvenile delinquents is still large,and there are many new problems in crime prevention and control.It can be said that how to effectively prevent and control juvenile.delinquency is an important task and topic studied by the government and scholars at present and in the future.Juvenile delinquency prevention and control work is a complex social systematic project,which needs to pool the resources and strength of various subjects,such as government departments,social organizations,enterprise organizations,schools,families and individuals,in order to realize the cooperative prevention and control pattern of juvenile delinquency,which obeys the rules,cooperates closely,cooperates efficiently and promotes together.Jiangxi Province has achieved good results in ensuring the smooth implementation of juvenile crime coordination from structural and procedural aspects.But the same There are still some practical problems,such as unclear function orientation,unclear division of duties,not active sense of cooperation,random form of cooperation,lag of mechanism construction and so on.Through summing up and analyzing the four pilot cities of Nanchang,Xinyu,Ji'an and Jingdezhen,taking the "five key minority groups" as the object,the concrete cases of cooperative prevention and control work are carried out,and the function orientation,duty task and effect of government departments,social forces and school families in the multi-subject are explored.Taking Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper discusses the coordinated prevention and control of juvenile delinquency in order to provide useful reference and inspiration for the local and other provinces of Jiangxi Province to do a good job in the prevention and control of juvenile delinquency.On the basis of studying and combing the relevant research achievements and theories at home and abroad,thispaper summarizes the present situation and general trend of juvenile delinquency in Jiangxi Province,analyzes the main characteristics and causes of juvenile delinquency in Jiangxi Province,studies the general situation and existing problems of cooperative prevention and control of juvenile delinquency in Jiangxi Province,and takes four pilot cities as specific cases in-depth analysis,and then draws lessons from the experience of prevention and control of juvenile delinquency at home and abroad On the basis of the law,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the coordinated prevention and control of juvenile delinquency:speeding up the improvement of legislation,adhering to the comprehensive management of society,giving play to the role of family prevention,strengthening the key education in schools,and raising the consciousness of self-protection.
