The cooperation between schools and enterprises is a cooperation mode which is established by school and enterprise together.With the rapid development of Chinese economy,the cooperation between schools and enterprises is constantly accelerating.The cooperation mode based on the conditions of our country and its own reality is now absorbing and drawing on the advanced experience of developed countries,and it also has their achievements and controversy.The reform of current higher education is certainly speeding up,more than 600 undergraduate colleges and universities has turned to the occupation education which not only offers opportunities for our school enterprise cooperation,but also brings challenges.Based on salt in Chinasalt Jintan Co.,Ltd(referred to "Chinasalt Jintan Co.,Ltd")in the school of Chinaslt jintan enterprise cooperation of the problem,varieties of research methods such as literature study,comparative study,survey research,case analysis are being studied.Existing theories of the cooperation and experiences of domestic and foreign provide some suggestions and advices for the further improvement of our school enterprise cooperation.The paper focuses on the present situation of the cooperation theory and reality of Chinasalt Jintan Co.,Ltd,and then expounds the cooperative education in American,British "sandwich" mode,German dual system and the Japanese industry university cooperation.Based on this analysis,the paper summarize the characteristics of school enterprise cooperation of those countries and the successful experiences of the cooperation.Finally,combining with the present situation and problems of the cooperation,the paper looks forward to some countermeasures and suggestions.The structure of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the paper introduces the research background,research purpose and research methods,and makes a literature review.Secondly,the paper elaborates the school enterprise cooperation theory,including the concept and the connotation.Thirdly,the paper analyzes existing problems of the corporation and causes and illustrates win-win case study analysis and implications from some foreign and domestic cooperation between enterprise and university.Finally,the paper presents measures and advices of how to optimize the cooperation and how to realize the win-win corporation.This paper believes that,to establish the mode and mechanism of school enterprise cooperation in the development of the socialist market economy,the goal should have mutual benefits.The government should take corresponding measures such as establishing special guidance department and assisting the school to adjust the professional direction,so that the government and the enterprises could play a positive role together in finding the market demand and the cultivation target,and on the programmes of development,design and implementation of flexible training.
