| Under the strong support of the state,run by the local education obtained great development opportunity,private colleges in our country in support of social recognition,country,university’s profile has very important potential,higher education has become a very important part.At present,the scale expansion of private colleges in our country gradually from the simple gradually turned to the connotative development phase,the faculty,the scientific research level as one of the main indicators of evaluation of private universities in terms of comprehensive strength,in which the construction of private college teachers is particularly important in the process of private universities of connotative development under the dominant role,by building a perfect teachers reserve resources and training system,private colleges could be made more attractive and development potential,thereby giving impetus to the synchronous development of other aspects,accordingly,to strengthen the construction of non-governmental university faculty of real value.The development trend and the international matches,the system of higher education in the United States in the world of the famous private universities,such as Harvard,Yale,Stanford,Princeton university,Massachusetts institute of technology(MIT),California institute of technology,university of Pennsylvania,in the current international university rankings,accordingly,to promote China’s private universities for the construction of teaching staff is not only the needs of the development of domestic economy,also conform to the trend of our internationalized talents,but,for now,the development of private colleges in China is subject to national policy,capital,social reasons such as traditional ideas,make its faculty construction is in trouble,needs to be changed.This article is based on private colleges of Guangdong province as a case study of private university teaching staff construction problems,teachers in private colleges in Guangdong province after a survey on the construction and management status,found that current our country private colleges teaching construction and management exist,such as government support,social identity is not high enough,the imperfection of the construction of mechanism of private colleges,is the self management ability is low,and many other issues,the existence of these problems make the faculty construction and management of private colleges in our country lags behind,if not timely solve,will lead to make the development of private colleges block in the attenuation of the human resources support.This paper argues that in order to solve this problem,it should be from the government,society,run by the local colleges and universities to focus on the three levels,the government is using to develop a suit in private colleges and the teachers development policies and regulations,so as to play a supporting role;Society,must begin from the public opinion atmosphere of this level,and to build a support the development of private colleges social environment,so as to make the private colleges can absorb excellent talents to a certain extent,improve the brand value of private colleges;Private colleges and universities as main body,teachers level should shoulder the burden of the teachers’ construction and management,from the introduction of talent,humanized management and focus on the teachers’ training,etc.Private colleges and universities teachers’ self-management is very important,as individuals,through the professional ethics construction,the growth of awareness of competition,formed the habit of lifelong learning can achieve the purpose of improving personal comprehensive quality. |
