Study On The Influence Of Tourism Development On Employment In Gannan

In the the early 1920 s,tourism successfully overtook the oil and automotive industries to become the largest industry in the world.Tourism through sustained and stable growth,has now developed into a strategic,pillar and integrated as one of the major industries.At present,the development of domestic tourism is strong,and the development of tourism plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the national economy.Tourism plays a vital role,particularly in promoting employment.This paper applies the research method of combining theory with practice.Firstly,this paper systematically sorts out relevant theories and research results of tourism employment at home and abroad,analyzes the current situation of tourism employment in gannan and the theoretical mechanism of tourism’s influence on employment,and puts forward the research hypothesis of this paper.Secondly,this paper selects the data provided by the statistical yearbook of gannan from 2012 to 2018 and the gannan tourism administration to comprehensively study the impact of tourism in gannan on employment by using the number index and the elasticity index,and constructs the tourism absorption capacity model and the absorption potential model of gannan.The analysis shows that: 1.From 2011 to 2017,the number of direct employment and indirect employment in the tourism industry in gannan show a trend of increasing year by year.2.The elasticity coefficient of tourism increased from 0.199 in 2012 to 2.146 in 2017.This shows that the tourism industry in gannan can absorb labor force and promote employment.3.Every 100 million yuan increase in tourism revenue will bring 140 jobs;5.Under the low-speed development plan,the direct employment amount of tourism in gannan will be 17,695 in 2019 and 18,916 in 2022.Based on the above qualitative and quantitative analysis,the author summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the development of tourism in gannan to promote employment,and put forward corresponding policy Suggestions from three aspects: 1.2.Improve the quality of tourism industry practitioners and improve service quality;3.Improve the treatment of practitioners and improve the tourism employment system.
