Physical education curriculum standard and syllabus are the vane of the development of physical education in China and the guidance document of school physical education.Over the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,physical education and health courses in compulsory education have undergone several changes,and the curriculum standards of ten primary schools and nine primary schools have been promulgated,which has continuously updated and improved physical education in compulsory education in China.The purpose of this study is to explore the historical change characteristics of the ten physical education curriculum standards(syllabus)for compulsory education stage promulgated since the founding of new China.This paper aims to explore a new way for the reform of compulsory physical education curriculum standards in China,which has certain reference value and guidance for the future physical education teaching.This study through the literature method since the founding of the physical education curriculum standard related literature,with text analysis of text data collection and processing,and the important elements of the correlation and distribution,with comparative analysis and historical research method of primary and secondary school compulsory education syllabus of various stages of tracking comparison,the new curriculum standard(syllabus)launched a comprehensive combing and analysis,and the sports teaching standard of new development and change,evolution and law.Summarize the full text study to draw the following conclusions:(1)text structure: from "social center" to "subject center" and then to "student center".More than 70 years after the founding of new China,the basic values of physical education and health courses are mainly reflected in emphasizing the needs of students,combining physical quality with sports technology by "subject center",and focusing on promoting students’ growth;(2)course content:from "unity and fragmentation" to "flexibility and structure".first,China’s physical education plan,curriculum syllabus and textbooks have reached the unity;next,On the basis of the basic textbook,Middle school physical education program has already started to set up elective textbooks,In order to improve the diversity of students’ choice of learning content;last,After several reforms,The proportion of time has increased for PE elective textbooks in secondary schools,And the compulsory and elective,limited and free choice of physical education teaching system has also been improved,And in the compulsory education phase,Educational content and time in all areas of learning,Using the framework of "goal leads content",And shows the characteristics of rigid to flexible.(3)Curriculum objectives: from focusing on "double-base" to "three-dimensional goal" and then to "core quality education".In 2001,the Ministry of Education issued full-time compulsory education primary school physical education(grade 1~6),sports and health(grade 7~12)curriculum standards(experimental draft),which clarified the three basic elements of physical education: "knowledge and skills","process and way","emotion,attitude and values" and "three basic elements".The three-dimensional goal focuses on the overall development of students,and expects they can learn how to use their own methods to acquire their own knowledge,build their own abilities,and cultivate their own emotions,attitudes and values in the process of learning.(4)Course evaluation: from "knowledge based" to "ability based" and then to "quality based".After the arrival of the 21st century,the students’ indexes of emotion,attitude and values have been introduced into the evaluation of students’ physical education,and it shows the change from the simple evaluation of sports technology to the comprehensive quality evaluation of students.Nowadays,the curriculum is no longer just a simple description of "knowledge accumulation per unit of time",but also pays more attention to the self-construction of students’ knowledge and skills,and its comprehensive application. |
