Teacher learning has become an important trend of international education reform and the mainstream discourse,the development of national education must first promote the teacher professional development of the frontier and ethnic minority areas,improve teachers' professional ability and teaching skill.The author participate in mentor's task survey found that teachers in ethnic minority areas very idle after class,the teacher less learning behavior,learning attitude is negative.There is,however,no teacher "good good study," there will be no students "day day up".This research according to the theory of constructivism learning and adult learning theory as the theoretical basis,to national middle school high school(Z)of the entire school teachers as the research object,USES the questionnaire survey a random sample of100 teachers,interview 60 teachers,which determines the 3 called depth interview object,and using the methods of participatory observation and material collection,in-depth Z middle school teacher's work and study,understand the teacher's cognition,learning style,learning motivation,learning activities,learning environment,learning resources and other aspects of the situation.Through questionnaire,interview and observation data and results of the analysis and sorting,found that Z conservative middle school teachers' learning cognition,understanding of learning content,learning method is not comprehensive,not science;Group learning underpowered and part of the teacher in the passive learning attitude,learning motivation mainly pressure and temptation from foreign subsidiary drive;Learning effect is not obvious,listen to the evaluation of learning,teaching reflection and theme lectures,collective study,school-based research,such as learning or ice,or become a mere formality,or to cope with examination;Learning attitude negative apathy,show the passive learning,treat teaching no innovation,no study plan;The frequency is low learning behavior.This study through in-depth interviews and observation to know the cause of present situation of middle school teachers' learning: learning vision is not high,some teachers hold mentality when a day monk bump a day clock,middle-aged and old teachers waiting for retirement,the potential safety hazard in ethnic minority areas that stability oriented school task;Learning community culture has not yet formed,the desire of the general lack of cooperation,the teachers are reluctant to share his experience and achievements with others,honesty,cooperation,teaching and research culture has not yet formed;Part of the understanding deviation,the students think students foundation is bad,for the promotion of their role is limited,and the existing knowledge reserves and capable enough for the teaching and students;The teachers professional quality limit,some teachers to self-study,independently with education teaching theory can also be difficult to understand understand;Learning resources shortage,embodied in resource shortage and existing resources do not meet the learning needs;Loose management lack of motivation.High school teachers in ethnic minority areas learning promotion strategy are: to strengthen the understanding,by way of example,such as enhancing education mission,give full play to their subjective initiative,learning plan,use a variety of ways to learn;Create a learning community culture,focus on solving the problem of teachers' teaching practice;Provide adequate quality learning resources;Establish and improve the learning management system,such as making the teacher study long-term planning,set up the administrative power intervention system,establish a diversified incentive mechanism.
