Since opening up and reform,the market economy system has achieved continuous improvement,China's private education market also develops rapidly,and its role in China's social economic development is more and more important.But with the rapid development of the education market and the involvement of various types of capital,private education institutions are also facing increasingly fierce and complex competition.In this context,only by continuously improving the management system can we retain talent and achieve business strategic objectives.As education is a knowledge-intensive industry,the core issue is human management,so it is very important to research and improve the performance management system.This paper chose D as research object,and used case study as research technique,through analysis of current situation to find the existing problems.On the basis,we used the balanced score card as a strategic performance management tool to construction of the balanced scorecard-based strategic performance management system and then proposed appropriate safeguards.Our study can not only help to understand strategic performance management theory and methods,but also can help D to achieve strategic objectives efficiently.In the same time,the results of the study can also provide references for other companies in the industry to build strategic performance management system.During the study,the theoretical research mainly focused on the literature review of performance management and performance management tools and related theoretical foundations.In the case study,the paper put forward the strategic target of D company firstly,and then broke down the company-level strategic objectives into sector-level and staff-level performance indicators.Then we designed performance management process for D.Finally,safeguard measures were put forward.This paper is composed of 5 chapters,and each part is as follows:The first chapter is introduction.In this part,the study presented the necessity and meaning of studying this problem.This section also introduced research method,research frame and main innovative points.The second chapter is theoretical analysis and research hypothesis.This part clarified the concept of performance and performance management.This part also introduced related theoretical basis to provide theoretical support for the follow-up study.The third chapter is design of performance management system of D company based on strategic objectives.This chapter analyzed the current situation of performance management of D company firstly,and found a lot of problems.And then we used the SWOT analysis method to clarify the strategic objectives of D,combined with the Balanced Scorecard to break down corporate-level strategic objectives into departments and individual employees,and finally got a series of quantitative assessment index system.The fourth chapter is safeguard measures of performance management system.This chapter puts forward the safeguard measures of ideological,organizational and mechanism guarantee.The fifth chapter introduced research conclusions,policy suggestion,limitations and future research prospects.
