Homework is an important part of the classroom teaching and after-school consolidation,also students understand knowledge,improve their learning ability the important way.At present,our country's elementary school teaching both teachers' teaching strategies and students' learning styles have made much difference.However,as a continuation of classroom teaching,homework should be like classroom teaching,to achieve the goal of the harmonious development of students' personality and individual comprehensive development,but in fact,the reform of the elementary operation is quite lag,the investment of time and energy in teacher to the student work is much lower than the study of classroom teaching.When homework to teacher,often content unification,form a single assignment,like this ignored the students' individual differences of the development of the homework will not be able to meet the needs of different students.In order to set up suitable for the development of each student,we must find,improvement of the problems existing in the current homework assignments,targeted to a common group of the same content,which requires layering of job design.In this paper,we adopt the method of questionnaire survey,in ancient China according to their aptitude theory,learning transfer theory,education target classification theory,constructionist learning theory as the foundation,red ancient area peace district five schools in Lanzhou city part of the teachers and students were investigated,respectively on their homework assignments and job completion status investigation and analysis and statistical research.According to the problems existing in the survey results,put forward the optimization strategy of Chinese homework layered set,the autonomy,interest in the job design,promote the students' autonomy,to adapt to individual differences;Transform teacher job design concept;According to students' actual academic level and learning needs,implementation of bidirectional layers to the student,dynamic management.The language teacher homework optimization design provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance.To promote elementary student's own development and perfection,the pursuit of the all-round development of students,change the status duo of teachers treat every student.For rural Chinese accomplishment of school teachers and the improvement of teaching quality has certain positive meaning.
