| Homework is one of the components of the education system.Its perfection is of great significance to the reform of the new curriculum.The realization of the goal of educating the people and cultivating students’ core literacy requires students to have the four core qualities of the Chinese language discipline.At the same tine,the implementation of the overall goals of the language subject and the goals of the school segment require more important responsibility for homework.However,in rural schools where education is relatively weak,Chinese homework often fails to receive enough attention and there are more or less problems,which are not conducive to the new curriculum reform,the cultivation of students’ core literacy,and the implementation of the teaching objectives of Chinese subject.By reviewing the literature on homework,the author finds that scholars have similar research dimensions,but tend to study the same problem from different theoretical bases.Therefore,this study also starts from this idea,and uses the theory different from previous studies to study this problem.there are constructivist theory,social interdependence theory,achievement motivation theory,at the same time using questionnaires,interviews and observations from five dimensions to research the status quo of homework in rural primary school.Some problems of Chinese homework are showed in the research,such as students’ passive attitude toward homework,distortion of homework quality,less practice training and larger recitation of homework content,lack of standardized system of homework-school cooperation,and weak effectiveness of homework evaluation and feedback.Therefore,the following effective measures are proposed by the author:help students establish a correct concept of homework,urge teachers to strengthen the research of homework resources development,enhance the cooperation between teachers of same homework objectives,set up a rolling hierarchical homework,standardize homework cooperation system,and enhance the effectiveness of homework evaluation and feedback.The first chapter of this research is mainly theoretical analysis,including the definition of related concepts of homework,theoretical basis,and the meaning of homework;the second chapter is mainly to present the survey status of the five dimensions of homework;the third chapter is the existence of the status quo.The problem is analyzed,and the causes of the problem are explored from the perspectives of students,teachers and parents.The fourth chapter is to propose corresponding improvement strategies for the problem. |
