This study comes from my observation and thinking in teaching practice.In the first half of the internship,the school's leading teachers continue to emphasize the core qualities,so I have an interest in the core qualities,and core culture is around the cultural foundation,social participation,self-development to develop students in all aspects of capacity.The teaching of ideological and moral activities is a kind of contact with theoretical knowledge,according to the specific real life situation,with the help of real life to promote students' self-development form.In the practice of ideological and moral activities in teaching,in guiding students thinking,design activities and activities after the evaluation of students there are some confusion and problems,so based on teaching practice in these cases,based on core literacy,observation of moral activities in teaching It is necessary to reflect on its existing problems and to seek its improvement measures,and it has certain practical significance.In this study,we use the way of educational narrative research to select the students in the class of XX secondary school as the object of study,and take half a year into the educational scene and the inner world of the students,and in the diary of education,work record and interview On the basis of the core competence of the subject,the use of ideological and moral activities to train students to develop practical ability,and how to cultivate the core of the students raised the countermeasures,trying to other teachers in the ideological and moral activities teaching an effective reference.4In the course of the study,the researchers selected four cases of the teaching of the ideological and moral activities in this semester,through the subject of the core of the subject analysis of the problems in the case,as well as ideological and moral activities in the teaching of the relevant interviews,comprehensive analysis(2)the content of the teaching of ideological and moral activities is not attractive;(3)the activities of teaching activities of ideological and moral activities monotonous;(4)ideas(1)ideological and moral activities of teaching activities of the following aspects:(1)ideological and moral activities teaching objectives unreasonable;The evaluation of moral activity teaching is not flexible.Based on the problems in my teaching of moral activities,as a researcher,I would like to make some suggestions on this issue and hope to correct them in the future teaching work:(1)to implement the core of the discipline,(3)to change the concept of teachers to enhance the charm of teachers;(4)according to the core of the discipline to improve the quality of students is the concept of non-concept;(2)change a variety of ways to enhance learning interest.
