Facing intense competition,art schools have to give prior consideration to strategic development and management for its existing and developing in the uncertain environment.There should be a correct recognition and orientation about the schools,reasonable order and the reasonableness of its position.Art schools postulated as a special institute of society has its unique characteristics,it is of particular interest to investigate and expand the understanding of management towards art schools.China's Art Education has a long history,its traditional excellence significantly affecting Chinese cultural development.In the modern society,the Art Education plays a crucial role for a certain country;due to its ability impel a nation's progress in politics,economics,culture and society.Thus motivate researchers to seek to study on the knowledge of managing and developing art schools,which in turn,perfecting the socialist market economy.Culture becomes increasingly important in modern times both as a source of national unity and creativity and in the competition of comprehensive national strength.It is impossible to guarantee any countries to have a real and continuous development depending upon its own force without higher education handing down excellent culture,training talented personnel;Art Education is the education that gives service to the local economy,while economy always develops and changes that need one dynamic system to corresponding in education process.Therefore,it should relocate itself,devise reasonable strategy for development,foster core competence and become completely market-oriented.Improve the overall quality,have to compete for students and enhance the employability and competitiveness of students,thus sustainable development plays a very important position.This study seeks to understand the role of enterprises management innovation in Art Education;the related literature is review to identify present challenges line ahead for art schools.Given the presence of competitive circumstances of art education industry,more attention should be focused on the innovation of art school management.Suggestions are provided to manage the innovation process,construct the innovation model that best fits art schools.
