China's basic education reform is in the stage of sustainable development.Many primary and secondary schools have advanced education ideas as the guide and learn from the modern management of scientific factors to promote education management focus down and explore organizational structure reform.This study chooses a typical primary school to carry out the new life education experiment in the coastal open area.The school adopts the guidance of the new life education as the school education reform.Under the guidance of the philosophy of"life achieves education and education innovates life" and " Happy life "as the overall goal and core values,focus on cultivating" strong physique,personality,quality,harmony,happiness,social hope "era boy,and accordingly design and implement a set of school organizational structure change program.Through the in-depth analysis of the background of the change of the organizational structure of the new life education practice,the connotation and cultivation goal,the idea and the proposition of the new life education are clarified.The internal basis of the change of the organizational structure of the school under the new life education experiment is revealed.To collect feedback on the effect of school teachers and students on organizational structure change and to reveal the organizational structure of the organizational development of the impression,put forward the problems and countermeasures.From the perspective of histology,regarding the school as an organizational system,to "school organizational structure" and”school vision goal" the two dimensions,using case study methods,and auxiliary interviews,questionnaires,and observation and other studies Means follow up the case primary school.And the use of Spss 18.00 on the organizational structure of the changes in the status quo,the difference analysis,on the basis of data analysis,further reveal the effect of organizational structure changes and changes in the existing problems.The study follows the basic theory of histology,puts the school in the organizational system,and focuses on the two organizational elements of the "school organizational structure" and "school vision goal" and its relationship.Use a case study method,mainly through interviews,questionnaires and observation and other means of research,to track the investigation of the case school.And use Spss18.00 analysis software to analyze the effect of organizational structure change and the difference analysis;based on data analysis,further reveal the effect of organizational structure changes and changes in the existing problems.First of all,from the background of the reform of the new life education experiment in the case school,this paper makes an empirical investigation on the three aspects of organizational structure change requirements,organizational structure change plan and the evaluation of organizational structure change under the new life education experiment.After getting the picture the history of the school since its running and basic situation,the research investigates a series of changes in practice about the organizational structure of the school and the subjective attitude of teachers and students to change.Then,from the perspective of organizational structure change to promote the internal and external recognition of the participants in the school activities,to promote the core activities of school teaching and to promote the development of teachers and students,explore the achievement of School development goal and its realistic influence under the background of the experiment of the new life education.Finally,summarize the experience of organizational structure change and the existing problems,and try to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.The empirical investigation shows that the reform of the organizational structure of the case school has promoted the management flatness and the softening of the organizational structure to a certain extent,which can meet the needs of the current life education experiment,but the organizational structure change practice is new The implementation and implementation of the concept of life education experiment still have some deviation and adjustment space.
