Since the middle of 20th century, the countries around the world are engaged in a variety of education reform. Especially after the 1980s, the education reform is an all-time high, which is to study school organizations aimed at providing high quality school education and improving the efficiency of education system and enhancing the ability for schools to adapt to changes in the education goals .As far as education reform, school change is in the middle level of the education reform. It is not only microscopic fields of co-ordination, but it is also a great social link. It is the key to the education reform from the macro to the school and an important symbol for the maturation of the education reform.School existed as an organization is open, developing, productive and public. From anglicizing the school's internal elements and the external environment, this essay figures that the school is in an open state, which requires constant interaction with the surroundings. Then, through historical analysis and comparison, from individuals, organizations to ways of thinking three levels, the essay explains the basic theory of school change and school change models of some countries and regions, so as to achieve a kind of "action theory." Finally, to explore the practical strategy of school organizational change, the four channels of strategies, teachers agreement, leadership transformation, institutional innovation and cultural formation, are provided.
