MOOC(Massive Open online course)is translated into Chinese.It has received considerable attention in recent years.2012 is called the first year of MOOC.Since then,there has been a wave of admiration for MOOC around the world.It had a big impact.In our country,the Ministry of Education has strongly supported in promoting the construction of courses.It keeps up with the times.It is constructing the Chinese style MOOC from the general plan,capital investment,platform construction and so on.It also provides a very good environment and opportunity for the development of college MOOC.As a result,more and more Chinese MOOC learning platforms have emerged.Many colleges responded positively to the promotion and construction of the MOOC appears in the higher education on a large scale.How should local colleges better build MOOC?How do we make good use of MOOC to promote the development of colleges?How can we promote the reform of university teaching through MOOC?And how to better achieve the three major functions of the university?This has become a problem that local universities must face up to.At present,there are many problems in the construction and application of local universities.This study selected a local university as a case study.Through interviews and questionnaires,this study analyzes the current situation of MOOC construction in local universities.The present situation includes the characteristics and problems of the construction.On the basis of this,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for local universities to build MOOC.1.Potential analysis is used to illustrate the prospect of MOOC in local universities.It includes internal strengths,internal weaknesses,external opportunities and external challenges.The comprehensive analysis of the characteristics of the course is helpful to provide the basis for the scientific promotion of the course in local universities.2.The present situation of the construction of the local universities.Through interview and questionnaire survey,the characteristics and deficiencies of local university’s MOOC construction are summarized.The characteristics include the introduction of campus curriculum resources,the transformation of existing quality courses,the attempt to build school-based moody courses,the strengthening of curriculum teaching management,and the promotion of curriculum practice experience.The shortcomings of the construction include less school cooperation platform,single curriculum type,lack of environmental support,curriculum technology dependence on enterprises,lack of teachers’ participation in the lack of awareness of the number of self built courses,poor students’ learning motivation and poor effect in the overturned class.3.The influence factors of the construction of the local university MOOC.It mainly includes managers,teachers,students and local four levels,which affect the process of MOOC construction.It includes managers’ open consciousness,strategic planning and capital investment.It also includes teachers’ concept transformation,role adaptation and cooperation consciousness.It includes students’ identity,consciousness and satisfaction,and includes local geographical and resource advantages4.The Countermeasures for the construction of the local universities.According to the characteristics and shortcomings of local university’s mob construction,the following countermeasures are put forward.Local universities should jointly promote the reform and expand the coverage of courses.It needs to borrow the existing platform and seek the alliance of regional universities.It needs to improve environmental support and improve the effectiveness of curriculum services.It needs to strengthen teacher training and master curriculum education technology.It needs to perfect Curriculum Supervision and establish quality assurance system.It needs to establish an incentive mechanism to encourage teachers to participate actively.It needs to highlight local characteristics and build school-based characteristics.It needs to reform the flipped classroom and enhance students’ learning motivation. |
