| MOOC,is a large-scale open online course,which is the product of deep integration of educational technology and modern information technology.Since 2012,MOOCs has set off a world-wide educational reform that has attracted the attention of many scholars and the general public.In June 2016,the Ministry of Education issued the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan of Education Informationization”,proposing to “continue to promote the construction of colleges and universities and open online courses to the society,continuously expand the coverage of quality education resources and prioritize the promotion of education informatization and education.Equity and the ability to improve the quality of education."
