Jealousy is one of the most common psychological phenomena in humans,and a large number of domestic and international studies have shown that jealousy peaks in adolescence.High school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development and study.During this period,they show self-consciousness and social enhancement,and are prone to jealousy in comparison with their peers.Feelings of depression and aggression associated with the experience of jealousy have negative effects on high school students' life,study and relationships.Therefore,in this study,on the basis of existing theories and empirical studies,investigated the present situation of the high school level of jealousy,and the intervention of two different schemes are compared,the practice effect of hope school in the future to carry out psychological health education work about jealousy,according to the actual situation to choose the appropriate intervention programs.First,a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the status of jealousy among793 high school students in three public high schools in Jingdezhen.Secondly,we further integrate the factors that affect the jealousy level of high school students,and develop targeted group counseling programs.At the same time,based on the theory of emotional cognition,we formulated the "jealousy event review" activity to supplement the intervention effect,and the effectiveness of the activity of "jealousy event review" on the improvement of jealousy level was investigated separately.Through voluntary registration,questionnaire test and separate interview,this study screened out the eligible intervention objects,and randomly divided the participants into experimental group A,experimental group B and control group.Among them,the experimental group A adopted the group psychological counselling and the "jealousy event review" activity together to carry on the intervention plan;Experimental group B only used the "jealousy event review" activity to intervene;The control group received no intervention.Finally,the practical effect of the intervention program was evaluated by analyzing the experimental data,the self-evaluation of the intervention object and the evaluation of others.The following conclusions are drawn from this study:(1)There is widespread jealousy among high school students in Jingdezhen.There was no significant gender difference in jealousy among high school students,but there were significant differences in whether or not there were only children.The jealousy level of the only child was significantly higher than that of the non-only child,and the level of jealousy of high school students from the countryside was significantly higher than that of the high school students from the city.(2)Group psychological counseling,and "jealousy incident review" common way of intervention and the "jealousy incident review" independently of intervention can significantly improve high school students of jealousy,but the former is more effective.
