Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of The Style Of Study In Independent Colleges

With the continuous reform of China's education system,independent colleges have gradually become a part of higher education in China.Since the establishment of the independent college in 1999,the independent college has eased the sharp contradiction between the growing population of education in our country and the shortage of higher education resources.Under the background of continuous development of higher education,the development of independent colleges in China has also been significantly improved.As of 2017,there were a total of 265 independent colleges in China,accounting for about 10% of the national private colleges and universities.The independent college is adapted to the popularization of higher education in our country,which makes our country have more applied talents.However,different from other universities and colleges in China,there are great differences in the talent cultivation,school-running model,management model,and style of study of independent colleges.Compared with other institutions of higher learning,the style of study of independent colleges is far inferior to these institutions of higher learning.Based on this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current academic atmosphere of independent colleges in China,and analyzes the reasons for such problems.Finally,it proposes policy suggestions for improving the academic style of independent colleges.The research content of this article is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,expounds the research background,research significance,research ideas and research methods,domestic and foreign literature review,and finally puts forward the innovation of this paper.The second chapter is to study the basic concepts and theoretical basis.This chapter focuses on the connection and difference between the study style and style of study,as well as the theoretical basis of the study style.The third chapter is the necessity and status quo of the study style of independent college.It is mainly divided into the development of independent colleges,the necessity of the study style of independent colleges and the current situation of the study style of independent colleges.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the problems and causes of the study style in independent colleges.This chapter mainly investigates the construction of the style of study in Jingzhou M College in the form of a questionnaire,then analyzes the problems existing in the academic style and style of study in independent colleges,and finally analyzes the causes.The fifth chapter is the countermeasures to strengthen the study style of independent school.Aiming at the problem of the study style construction of independent colleges in the research,we propose corresponding solutions.
