Practical activity course focus on personality development and meet demand for the student as the goal.It is integrated into a new round of curriculum reform and become an important part of curriculum reform.Biological course is based on the experiment of natural science,the knowledge and skills it contained are summed up from a large number of scientific experiments.Carrying out biological practical activity course has a positive affect for training students' practical ability,positive learning attitude of life and the unity cooperation consciousness.There is a certain degree of influence on the cultivation of students' individualized development of quality education.In this study,seventh graders were selected as subjects.Using relevant knowledge of biological experimental design,curriculum and teaching theory,adopting methods of systematic literature review,case analysis and interview,combining with the relevant education technology,and taking a method named Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats to analyze the surrounding environment of the school,the faculty and students.According to the relevant experimental cases in the existing literature,the advantages and disadvantages of the experiment were compared and summarized,and the curriculum objectives of junior middle school biological practical activities were established based on local and school characteristics.Based on the laboratory conditions of middle schools in Henan province,a feasible experimental scheme was designed to guide the development and implementation of practical activities.According to the analysis and design,the three parts of <The life of the mimosa>,<making woody plant vein specimen>,<making plant flower and leaf crystal specimen> were finally carried out as cases.Through the students' interest are in mimosa irritability,the study of seed germination,plant growth,flowering and the experimental process guides students to autonomous learning,design experimental project in the process of recording and explore the sensitive plant growth condition and physiological characteristics of the need.Taking making plant specimens as the practical content,students can make joint progress in knowledge and practical operation and improve their core quality.At the same time,it pays attention to cultivating students' awareness of protecting green plants and protecting the environment.Through the course implementation process and evaluation feedback,the middle school students pay close attention to life development and have great interest in biology.In the practical activity course,students are gradually formed to explore independently,and teachers can learn from each other.The students' understanding of green plants,the awareness of protecting the green ecosystem and the sense of responsibility to the social nature have been enhanced.Biological practical activity course meet the requirements of national and local curriculum standards and meet the needs of students' all-round development,and combine local and school characteristics,especially suitable for middle school students.The survey found that seventh-graders have a strong interest in biology.However,the lack of practical operation ability,the difference in the degree of adaptation to the actual operation is also obvious,and the cooperative learning effect of the group is better.Through the development of biological practical activity course,students' interest and cognitive level can be effectively improved.The main factors influence the curriculum development of practical activities are the theory of curriculum development and implementation.The teachers' active participation level is guaranteed.The way to solve the problem are mainly the school provide the necessary material base.The necessary course of teachers develop and implement training in terms of theory Enhance the cooperation with universities or other school With the help of the Internet advantage to carry out the practice course of cooperation and communication.The biology practical activities course will become an important part of education in the school,and it will still take a long time to explore the curriculum development and implementation.
