Research On Leaving Blank In Teaching Of Mathematics In Junior Middle School

The traditional mode of class teaching is single and students are negative to learn.In view of the phenomenon,the paper researches the leaving blank in junior middle school in order to improve the efficiency of the classes and enhance the students' thinking ability.The paper mainly adopts the research method supplemented by qualitative analysis,and studies the three dimensions of the basic class,the teaching link and the form of leaving blank.Firstly,it gets a general understanding of junior middle school mathematics teachers' knowledge about leaving blank through interviews.At the same time,it gets the status quo of the mathematics classroom in junior middle school by doing a questionnaire to students.Then,it explores the strategies of leaving blank in different mathematics classes.Finally,it gets corresponding conclusions and suggestions from the results and analysis of comprehensive questionnaires and interviews and classroom observations.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)There is a blank in the mathematics classroom teaching in junior middle school,but the number of the blank is few and the form is single.(2)Many junior middle school teachers are not fully aware of the leaving blank.In addition,they can notmake a systematic and efficient use of a series of teaching strategies.(3)On the strategy level,concept classes should be blank in concept generation;theorem classes should be blank in theorem derivation and application;review classes should be blank in basic knowledge and typical examples;for exercise classes,more attention should be paid to the difficulties and variant exercises;for commenting on papers classes,more attention should be paid to the weak points and the questions which demand high thinking.
